Course Overview


The outline of the course is to first provide a big picture overview of the 5STOM Method itself and then go through steps 1 to 5 sequentially in separate modules. Each step has a teaching portion followed by an exercise and then a discussion. The exercises are a combinations of questions, visualizations, mindfulness meditation, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy techniques. The final session will put everything together in an exercise that combines all five steps of 5STOM - the way it's meant to be used in your daily life.

  2. Recognize and understand desires and needs
  3. Identify contributing frustrations and reactionary patterns
  4. “Reparenting” your reactions
  5. Incorporating the positive feelings that return breadth and stability to your emotional state of being
