5 STEPS TO TAME THE OVERWHELMED MIND (5STOM)
The intention of this course is to provide people with an inner road map for restoring their inner equilibrium. The 5STOM Method includes a series of steps as well as a visual map that serves to anchor the process. The 5 Steps will address the emotions that are uncomfortable but also give a clear direction to go in that leads to emotions that are desirable.
This course will help you gain new perspectives and consider greater alternatives even when life is throwing you a curveball. Anyone or anything that bothers you is fair game: big things, little things, at work or at home, while stuck in traffic, before a major presentation, performance, or conversation that you are nervous about, or current events that you find unpleasant.
